Self service password reset

    1.  If you have forgotten your password for the self-service, you have the possibility to request a new password.
        
       THE PREREQUISITE IS THAT YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED  AN ACTUAL MOBILE NUMBER!

    2.  Type the URL https://eigenservice.hfbk.net/ into your browser and click on "Forgot your password"

    3.   Enter your user ID and click on "submit".

    4.  You will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.


    5. Set a new password.

    6.  Make sure to properly secure your new password

    If you have failed to leave a cell phone number for self-service, make an appointment with support. You need an official identification document with photo (ID card, passport) to identify yourself.
