Self-Service password reset

    1.  If you have forgotten your password for the self-service, you have the possibility to request a new password.
        
     2. THE PREREQUISITE IS THAT YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED  AN ACTUAL MOBILE NUMBER!

    3.  Type the URL https://eigenservice.hfbk.net/ into your browser and click on "Forgot your password"

    4.   Enter your user ID and click on "submit".

    5.  You will receive a code via SMS. Enter this code.


    6. Set a new password.

    6.  Make sure to properly secure your new password
