A password can only be reset by your IT-Support team. Please send a password email request to: support@hfbk.net
We only send the password via an encrypted message (signal.org) OR it can be picked up directly at the HFBK, upon appointment.
Make sure to provide your signal messenger contact number so we can smoothly send the new password to you, or request an appointment to pick up your password.
