HFBK ID not working / Verify access data

If the HFBK ID does not work, this is often due to an incorrect password or ID.

Go to https://eigenservice.hfbk.net and log in with your access data.
Only if the login works is your account active and you have the correct access data.

If not, first check your ID using the "Kennung vergessen"  function.



If your ID is correct, then you probably do not have the right password.
Click on "Passwort vergessen" to set a new password.
