If the invitation email to the self-service does not arrive, then this can have several reasons:
The email has ended up in the SPAM folder.
The email inbox is full and the email cannot be delivered.
The email address provided to HFBK is incorrect or outdated.
The email addresses for the self-service are delivered directly from the student administration database or from the personnel administration. Therefore, the IT department cannot make direct changes.
Students must have their email address changed by Student Administration in Wartenau 15.
Employees must open a ticket via support@hfbk.net to change the private address to the business address.
