The email addresses for the self-service are supplied directly from the student administration database or from the personnel administration. Therefore, the IT department cannot make any changes.
Students must have their email address changed by Student Administration in Wartenau 15.
Employees must open a ticket via support@hfbk.net to change the private address to the business address.
